Juror Misconduct in Murder Trial

Below are two links to a Chicago Tribune article, as well as one from the Herald News. The articles report on our Motion For A New Trial, based on Juror misconduct, filed in the People v. Christopher Thompson Case. We filed the motion after receiving a letter from a juror who said that not only were some jurors doing outside research, but there may have been someone in the courthouse feeding information to the jury, that the Court had gone out of its way to prevent.
